ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE | |

Work has commenced simultaneously on 33 roads within a month. Complete road infrastructure, water supply, electricity, sewerage & telephone network etc for the entire phase is being carried out on fast track basis & should be complete in 18 months time.
The development work on the embankment of Avenue-1, the main artery of Phase-1, has been completed way ahead of schedule. This will facilitate access to the canal in the north by taking Raiwind road through the carpeted Main Boulevard on to Avenue-1. Construction activity by HRL on the east & west of Avenue-1 in Phase-1 is also in full swing.
An environmentally friendly sewerage disposal system is being laid-out for the residents. The existing neighboring villages Janjatay-I & Janjatay-II will also benefit from this sewerage & storm water disposal plan. This facility is being passed on free of costs to the villages, as a humble contribution towards the campaign for achieving cleaner environment for all. |
