The corner stone of the mosque was laid by Mr. Faroukh Aslam, Managing Director Meinhardt Pakistan Limited, while Mr. Gohar Ejaz, CEO of Lake City & other officials were present at the ceremony. The development of the mosque is progressing as per schedule. Within a short span of time the First floor had been laid and the Second floor is almost complete. The Mosque is being built to reflect Mughal architecture and has a capacity of one thousand people. The mosque is designed by Meinhardt Pakistan and is being developed by Zaamin-Lake City.
