Corners, Park Views or Plots available on Main Boulevard will be charged an extra premium of 5% of total villa price. However all corner plots which are irregular in sizes, their prices will be fixed after computing their actual sizes and vendees will have to pay for these plots as per actual dimensions.

The package, which has been offered for the launch, has limited number of villas and is offered on first come first served basis.

The villa is indivisible and can be owned by one juristic person only.

All successful applicants shall be required to sign an agreement with Lake City Holdings (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan. The Agreements/Allocation Letters will be issued to the allottee after the payment of first installment.

It is the obligation of the Purchaser to cause his/her finger print and scanned pictures to be stored in the electronic data base of Lake City at the earliest after the execution of the agreement. The finger print and scanned pictures of the Transferee will be recorded as a condition precedent to the execution by Lake City of The Subsequent Agreement for Purchase with the Transferee and the registration of the transfer.

The rights to the villas shall become transferable as per the rules formulated by Lake City Office. The transfer shall only be done as per the rules of the LCH at it's office; "1st Floor of the Mall of City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore".

All delayed payments shall carry mark-up at the rate of 1.25% per month. However in the event of default on the part of the Purchaser in making payment of any two consecutive installments on the due dates, Lake City shall give 30 days' notice to the Purchaser to rectify such default, failing which Lake City shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. In the event of any such termination, Lake City shall have the right to retain 25% of the total Villa Price.
Any reason beyond the control of Lake City, the handing over of the villa to the client who has paid all his dues in full is delayed, Lake City shall be liable to pay Rs. 25,000/- per month computed on 1-Kanal basis as delayed / rental charges. However this condition does not apply in conditions "force majeure".
The board of Lake City Holding Pvt. Ltd has the right to withdraw this offer without assigning any reason prior to the issuance of allocation letter and refund the amount received without any further right or claim whatsoever in this eventuality.
The board of Lake City Holdings Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments (without notice) in the house plan to suit the geometry of the plot and/or for architectural / structural considerations.
Dimensions given in the drawings of villas are tentative and are subject to site demarcations.
